About Kay Francis - Kay Francis, M.A., president of Steps Beyond Enterprises, is a licensed psychotherapist and business consultant with extensive experience in management training, program development, executive coaching, and public speaking. She holds a baccalaureate degree in Social Work from Florida International University in Miami and a master's degree in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Northern Colorado. The founder of the Center for Learning, Inc. in Fort Lauderdale, Ms. Francis recieved a governmental appointment for the Florida State Regulatory Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therepy and Mental Health Counseling. She acted as the past chairperson for the board, and is presently a member of the Probable Cause Committee for the board.
